What we store about you and how long delivery links stay alive.

We keep: your email, the English name you gave us, the optional impression and purpose fields, the approved Chinese name, the audio and video files, and the Stripe session id. That is everything needed to deliver the order and answer your email.

Delivery packs go out on signed links that expire (72 hours by default). Nothing sits in a public folder and nothing here is indexable.

Your name appears in public videos only if you ticked the box. Unticked, the video is still made and still only yours.

We do not sell addresses, and we do not add you to a list. The free checker stores nothing at all — what you type is screened and discarded.

Character and word data comes from CC-CEDICT under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Ask us to delete your order and we remove the record and every file attached to it.
